DiaLog, short for Diabetes Logbook, is a diabetes management solution. We combine innovative features to simplify the difficult, tedious and isolated processes involved in diabetes management with the concept of a Guardian. This allows users to form personal support networks which improve access to motivation, knowledge and support, leading to improved management of diabetes.

DiaLog Patient
DiaLog Patient is an application designed for people with diabetes. This application provides an easy to use set of tools for managing you food intake, exercise output and glucose readings. In addition, these logs are made available to those you nominate as a guardian (e.g. family members or your doctor), so they can provide real-time support and advice through guardian app "DiaLog Guardian".
